National Homebuyers Fund, Inc. (NHF)
National Homebuyers Fund®, Inc. (NHF) was established in 2002 to stimulate and expand homeownership opportunities across the nation. NHF recently expanded its services to provide program administration, compliance and promotion services to state and local Housing Finance Agencies and housing related organizations to assist them with bringing housing programs to their local constituents and communities.
NHF, jointly with its affiliate housing finance authority CRHMFA Homebuyers Fund (CHF), has participated in the development, administration and issuance of MRB, MCC and Second Mortgage Programs, resulting in more than $7.5 billion in mortgages on more than 54,700 properties.
Building on that experience, NHF now offers a variety of homeownership services to State and Local Housing Finance Agencies as well as other housing related organizations throughout the United States. Services include program administration, compliance and promotional services, from the initial setup and structuring of a program through its implementation.
NHF administers programs designed for low- to moderate-income families and individuals and first-time homebuyers, as well as other types of home loan programs. Services are customized to meet the specific needs of the program sponsor.
